Salary
- Unqualified (37 hours): £24,454.04
- Qualified – Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (37 hours): £26,070.20
Working Hours / Shift Pattern
Rota based including early shifts, late shifts, weekends and sleep‑ins
Employment Type
Permanent
Sleep‑ins
Required – £40 per sleep‑in (any time woken is paid in addition)

Children and young people who have experienced trauma and instability
Qualifications Required
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (for practitioner grade)
Experience Required
Experience working with children and young people desirable; values and attitude considered more important than experience
