About the Role
We are seeking a motivated AssocRICS Residential Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a residential surveyor who enjoys autonomy, flexible diary management, and delivering high-quality professional advice to clients and lenders.
The successful candidate will undertake mortgage valuations alongside RICS Home Surveys (Levels 13), producing accurate and compliant reports while managing their own regional workload from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal and external residential property inspections
- Identify structural movement, damp, defects, and maintenance issues
