As a Resort Host at Banyan Tree Dubai you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in shaping their overall experience. You will provide a warm, seamless, and personalised arrival and departure experience, ensuring all guest interactions reflect the elegance, calm, and intuitive service standards of the Banyan Tree brand. You will handle check‑in, check‑out, guest enquiries and support the smooth running of front office operations with professionalism and attention to detail.
