The role of Resourcer is to support the successful delivery of candidates to our clients in the automotive sector. You will play a vital role in candidate identification, engagement, and qualification, ensuring our shortlists are accurate, high-quality, and submitted within tight deadlines. Whether you’re early in your recruitment career or bringing previous sourcing experience, this role offers an opportunity to develop deep sector knowledge and work closely with experienced consultants in a high-performance, fast-moving environment.
