Resourcing and Enablement Intern

The position contributes to operational excellence by ensuring field resources and partners are prepared, skilled and ready to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. How you will make an impact:

• Collaborate with field partners to align technician skills with customer and project expectations
• Identify gaps in enablement collateral and drive updates and improvements
• Ensure new partner resources are onboarded with appropriate system access and completed training requirements
• Review new products, assess regional impact, and assign required training
• Maintain enablement materials to ensure they are current, scalable and relevant
