Resourcing & Talent Mgt Specialist at Vodafone

The purpose of the role is to contribute to Resourcing strategy development and deliver operational support. The incumbent is expected to be the process expert for interfacing with other HR functions, key business stakeholders and represent Vodafone with external organisations. To develop and execute a best-in-class talent management approach, driven by identified Ghana & functional strategic talent requirements. Provide expert consultancy to deliver a strong diverse pipeline of leaders with the right skills, behaviours & role experiences to take on key leadership roles who are equipped to lead the organisational transformation goals and create outstanding levels of employee engagement & commitment.

Will have responsibility for partnering with specific functional area & take ownership for a defined area of the Ghana talent strategy )
