As a Respiratory Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the Respiratory Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and leading a team of Vent unit staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise Vent unit staff, ensuring their work is satisfactory and in compliance with policies and procedures

• Interview and hire Vent unit staff

• Schedule and coordinate RTs' schedules and monitor attendance
