We care for our residents and their relatives with professional expertise and great personal commitment. The situations of our residents are mostly complex. Treatment, care and support of high quality therefore require specific knowledge in the field of geriatrics as well as individually tailored support in health, social or psychological matters.

This is where you get involved

• Organisation of care and support for residents with moderate to severe care needs and dementia within the framework of long‑term care (24 places)
• Planning, management and monitoring of the entire care process (Kisim, RAI‑NH)
• Personnel and professional leadership as well as advice for around 30 employees
• Identification of action and development needs as well as initiation and implementation of corresponding measures at ward level, taking into account the service mandate
• Assistance in care as needed (approx. 50%)
