Responsibilities

• Provide compliance guidance from a Responsible Gambling process and deliver direction and assistance to allocated areas.
• Process all compliance-related inbound emails from customers and take the relevant action.
• Review self-exclusion removal requests and escalate to the relevant department as needed.
• Conduct CIP account reviews to determine whether intervention is required and decide the appropriate level of intervention.
• Be accountable for performing actions on accounts in accordance with Responsible Gambling guidelines.
