Restaurant Assistant Manager at DOCG

DOCG – Full‑time, on‑site position in Singapore.

Compensation: $3,200 – $5,500 per month.

Working Days: 6 days per week. Working Hours: 60 hours per week (excluding a 2‑hour break).

Cuisines handled: Italian, Mexican, Western, Asian. Locations: Downtown MRT, Shenton Way MRT, South Beach Avenue.

• Ensure profitability and up‑to‑standard performance of the outlet.
• Coordinate, prepare and oversee daily operations.
• Plan promotional activities for festive periods, loyalty programmes and other marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales department on promotional activities.
• Ensure all staff comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
