Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction within the SBU to sustain and develop a profitable, well-regarded business
• Ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its reputation and ethos.
• To act as part of the Senior Management team and undertake Duty Management.
• To recruit, train and motivate employees.
• Plan, organize and direct all processes of the outlet to ensure the outlet provides quality food and beverage service that is consistent with the Business Units Operating Standards and achieves maximum revenue and profit in line with budgeted and forecasted projections.
• The position combines strategic planning, shift pattern organization and day-to-day management activities.
• The role will have creative aspects, particularly in marketing and business development.
