Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a French or fine dining restaurant ;

+ Strong knowledge of French cuisine, wines, and service standards
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
+ Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
