Job Description
- Assist in the supervision of the daily operations of the chinese restaurant.
- Ensure all team members in the restaurants are familiar with the restaurant’s menu and service procedures.
- Establish rapport with guests and extend them with the optimum service possible.
- Recommend guests on our restaurant menu or offer alternatives.
- Manage guest relations and handle feedback concerning food and services.
- Assist Restaurant Manager with necessary administrative duties
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
