Restaurant Supervisor

A luxury five-star safari lodge in Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking an experienced and service-driven RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR to join their food and beverage team.
This is a hands-on supervisory role for a polished hospitality professional who leads by example, maintains consistently high service standards, and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences across all meal periods in a luxury lodge environment.

Core Criteria:

• Proven experience in an F&B supervisory or senior service role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or fine dining environment


• Strong guest service skills with a warm, professional, and personalised approach


• Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a team of waiters, bartenders, and service assistants


• Solid knowledge of five-star food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette
