Job Description

Provides direct patient care under the direct supervision of the PT and PTA, conducts maintenance programs as outlined by staff physical therapists. Identifies and meets the patient's needs in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2.Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification issued by state where services are provided.

WV– Nurse Aide through WV DHHRNursesAideRegistry

3. Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 30 days of hire date.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Current enrollmentin an RN or LPN program
