 Mission 
We are seeking a tech-savvy Retail Application and Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a retail professional who bridges the gap between floor operations and technical troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by maintaining high operational standards and serving as the first line of defense for our POS & Check-Out Systems, RFID inventory systems and POS network infrastructure.
