A retail assistant, also known as a sales assistant, plays a key role in customer service within a retail store. Their main responsibilities include:

• Product Knowledge: Being knowledgeable about the store’s products, promotions, and policies to guide customers effectively.
• Stock Management: Restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store remains tidy and well-stocked.
• Cashiering: Handling transactions at the register, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
