• Deliver efficient checkout service: scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously.
• Engage and resolve customer needs: create positive interactions, respond to queries, and escalte issues when necessary.
• Support cash management: assist with banking, reconciliations, and investigate variances.
• Maintain store standards and safety: keep areas clean, organised, uphold uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.
• Contribute to service improvement: provide feedback and ideas to enhance the customer experience.
