Roster Options

Option 1: Monday – Saturday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM on Monday, 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM on Saturday.
Option 2: Sunday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Sunday), 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Friday), 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Tuesday).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient checkout service: accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously.
• Engage and resolve customer needs: create positive interactions, respond to queries, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Support cash management: assist with banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances.
• Maintain store standards and safety: keep store areas clean and organised, uphold uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.
• Contribute to service improvement: provide feedback and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
