Retail Assistant - Checkouts

Roster: Monday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

What you'll do

• Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service during the checkout process.
• Ensure a positive and satisfying customer shopping experience.
• Operate in full alignment with company standards and policies.
• Deliver Efficient Checkout Service: Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously.
• Engage and resolve customer needs: create positive customer interactions, respond to queries, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support cash management: assist with cash office activities including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances.
• Maintain store standards & safety: ensure store areas are clean, organised, uphold uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.
