Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, offer product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization: Keep the store floor and shelves tidy, restock merchandise, and assist with visual merchandising displays.
• Process sales transactions: Accurately operate the cash register, handle customer payments, and process returns or exchanges as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, resolve customer inquiries, and build positive relationships with customers.
