Primary Responsibilities
 : Sales and Service Excellence: Partner with the management team to drive memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction. Ensure the execution of Office Depot selling techniques and sales training across the store. Foster a sales-focused environment through assisting with the training and development of associates. Act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise. 
Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards. Identify areas for process improvement and implement plans to reduce waste and inefficiencies. Assist the General Manager in providing guidance and effective coaching to associates for improved performance. Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
