Retail Assistants

We are looking for motivated retail assistants

Job description includes

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, ensuring consistency and quality in every order.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering queries, and providing product recommendations.
• Assist customers with sizing, special orders, and after-sales care to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the work area and all equipment used.
• Efficiently process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges, adhering to company policies.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to handle cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and manage returns or exchanges.
• Restock shelves, arrange displays, and keep the sales floor clean and well-organised.

An ideal applicant should be reliable and have flexible work availability. We will offer a minimum of 30 hours per week.
