About the Role

We are EssilorLuxottica, a leading ophthalmic brand group. OPSM is a part of this group. We are looking for a Part Time Retail Associate to join our Papakura team for 19+ hours per week. This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave. Optical experience would be ideal, but we provide world‑class training to support new hires.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the process of styling and personalising high‑fashion frames.
• Work with luxury brands such as CHANEL, Ray‑Ban, PRADA, Gucci, Tiffany & Co, and more.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of retail experience (optical experience preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and processes.
