Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate partners and individual clients to promote Shari a-compliant products including Personal Finance, Credit Cards and Auto Loans.

Identify new corporate accounts and individual opportunities for onboarding customers seeking specialized financing solutions.

Achieve cross‑selling targets of non‑assigned products and services to contribute to the revenues and market presence.

Comply with all approved policies, procedures and Islamic banking norms to protect the organization and the customer’s interests throughout the loan and card application process.

Remain accountable for achieving sales targets for Personal Finance, Credit Cards and Auto Loans while ensuring high standards of customer service and monitoring client satisfaction levels.
