Job Description
Role Purpose
This role supports the interface between HMD and its Branded Retail and Distribution Channels, taking accountability for sales performance in South Africa, primarily within the National Chains environment and the growth of the Device and Companion portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sell-through and sell-out in the assigned territory and stores.
- Collaborate with retail accounts to agree on quarterly and monthly sales plans.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales, ensuring targets are met.
- Guarantee stock availability across all stores and accounts in line with agreed norms.
- Collect and report sell-out and inventory data to the HMD sales management system.
- Prepare quarterly sales forecasts at model and account level.
