The business specialises in identifying under-performing retail assets and transforming them through disciplined, hands-on asset management, with a particular emphasis on operational excellence, facilities management and long-term sustainability rather than cosmetic upgrades. They take a practical, business-minded approach to property, treating each centre as a standalone operation and focusing on improving functionality, tenant performance and overall trading conditions. They are appointing a Centre Manager for a retail centre based in Carletonville, suited to a highly operational individual who is confident working in older, non-premium environments and who takes pride in improving assets that require active management and intervention.
