We’re looking for a Chef de Partie across staff dining. This role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys working across multiple sections, and wants to be part of a fun, energetic, and supportive kitchen team.
What you'll be doing as a Chef de Partie:
Managing your own section within a busy fresh-food kitchen
Preparing and cooking high-volume breakfast and lunch services
Supporting live cooking stations and rotating pop-up food concepts
Assisting with hospitality and event catering
Following recipes, specifications, and portion controls
Delivering consistently high standards of food quality during service
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team across multiple sections
Supporting terrace BBQs and seasonal food activations when required
Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards at all time...
