Retail Customer Experience Lead (VIP Card & Cashier)

Watsons Malaysia is looking for a dedicated retail staff member to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient shop operations. The successful candidate will manage stock levels, operate the cash register, and promote the Watsons VIP Member Card.

Applicants should possess at least a PMR/PT3/SKM, be fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English, and have an outgoing, positive personality. Experience in the health or retail pharmacy industry is a plus.
