Retail Customer Support Representative

Job Description

We are hiring Retail Customer Support Representatives to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service across retail platforms. This role is open to Senior High School graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates, with or without BPO experience.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
• With at least 6 months BPO experience (preferred but not required for graduates)
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work on-site
• Open to Walk-In or Send-Out Applicants (WOSA)
