A leading multi-brand fashion retailer is searching for a Senior Product Developer  to join its in-house Design Centre — the creative engine behind a range of fast-growing own brands across menswear, womenswear, kidswear, and accessories.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning design ideas into perfectly executed, commercial-ready products. The successful candidate will lead product development from concept to production, oversee quality at every stage, and guide a talented team of developers to deliver exceptional collections.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading product development across all own brands and categories — overseeing fit sessions, lab dips, bulk fabric and print submissions, and ensuring every sample meets design, fit, and technical standards.
