Retail Floor Leader: Customer-First Ops & KPI Champion

TFG Limited is seeking a Floor Supervisor for their JD Sports store at Somerset Mall. In this full-time position, you will support the management team by providing leadership and driving high performance based on store KPIs.

A Matric certificate and a minimum of 3 years of retail experience are required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. This is an on-site role in Western Cape, South Africa, where you’ll help us deliver remarkable customer experiences.
