Retail Leasing Manager

Our client seeks to employ an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join their team based in Umhlanga.

Responsible for all leasing functions, which includes reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements, as well as leasing existing and new development retail spaces. Candidates should have an understanding of all government financial regulations and requirements related to the retail/property sector.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric with Business Qualification (Degree/Diploma in Retail Management is advantageous).
2. SACSC Certificate and active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate).
3. Valid driver’s license (site visitation required).
