Retail Manager (Fruits & Vegetables)
- Manage the daily operations of retail outlets selling fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Plan and monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and wastage control.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and display of fresh produce to maintain quality standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise retail staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Develop sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and company policies.
