- Able to motivate and lead the sales team.
- Good sense of communication. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with sales team and customer.
- Able to work in full autonomy and yet able to follow the direction and strategy of the management.
- Good fashion sense and keeping up to date with current trends.
- Good knowledge of retail business.
- Able to train promoters and improve the visual merchandising.
- Understand the market, competitors and brand environment.
- At least 5 years of managerial exposure.
- Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers, merchandising, etc.
- Able to work shifts hours/weekends/public holiday.
- Customer service oriented.
