We are currently looking for a reliable as well as organized Retail Operation Assistant to support daily administration and business operations and to ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To handle general administrative tasks (manage office documentation, filing systems, company records, and data entry tasks).
- To update and manage spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems.
- To assist in stock receiving, stock arrangement, and periodic stock counting.
- To facilitate communication and coordination between departments.
