You are the leader of the frontline. Your job is to set the pace, drive the daily revenue, and maintain an environment of absolute premium quality. If you lead by example, close the hardest sales yourself, and demand excellence from your crew, I want you running one of our showrooms.

The Mission: Leading the Frontline

• Floor Domination: You own the showroom floor. You lead from the front, demonstrating to your Sales Ambassadors exactly how a high-ticket smart home ecosystem is sold.
• Target Execution: You are responsible for the store’s P&L (Profit & Loss) at a micro-level. You track daily KPIs, motivate your team to exceed their targets, and take immediate action...
