Overview

We are looking for a Retail Pop-Ups Operations Manager to join our international retail team in A Coruna. The role is offered on a local, full-time, permanent contract, with regular international travel required. The role will report directly to the Senior Retail Operations Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in best-in-class operational practices and policies across our retail pop-ups, in line with General and Regional Guidelines.
• Provide coaching and training to local pop-up store teams to support their development and ensure a high level of competence in retail operations, policies, and best practices.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues as they arise.
