Job Description
Retail Program Specialist
Retail Program Specialist oversees the planning, coordination and execution of in-store retail programs and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sales priorities and retail experience standards. Alongside the Retail Program team, you will drive nationwide retail campaigns, activation initiatives and operational readiness across CelcomDigi Stores while supporting seamless execution, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement of the retail operating model.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement retail programs, campaigns, store and customer engagement activities aligned with sales targets and customer engagement goals.
- Identify new ideas for in-store engagement, retail innovation and experiential activation.
- Support stores with sales-driven initiatives (promotions, product launches, cross-selling campaigns and etc).
