• Willing to do daily lead generation and client outreach
• Comfortable with calls, email, Viber and LinkedIn outreach
• Organized and willing to maintain accurate records in CRM
• Coachable, disciplined and able to follow daily activity targets

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable items
• Answer questions about products, pricing, promotions, and policies
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
