Retail Sales Manager (Media and Printing)

Our client in the Media and Printing Industry is looking to hire a Retail Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Allocating Sales Targets and ensuring that they are achieved.
• Ensure staff always deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide sales service in store on copy center orders, passport id, etc.
• Adhering to Merchandising Standards.
• Manage staff effectively. Inspire, motivate, and develop your staff compliment to drive sales and excellent work performance.
• Maintain work procedures and hold staff accountable should standards not be met.
• Be responsible for the day-to-day running of operations and sales.
• Provide daily reporting on sales to staff and management.
• Ensure that all employees have on-going training and development, including excellent product knowledge.
