Job Description
Take ownership of annual and monthly retail revenue, gross profit and channel expansion targets for the four Nordic countries, and break down targets for distributors and physical stores in each market. Conduct regular volume & profit data reviews, develop seasonal and holiday offline growth strategies to ensure performance goals are met.
Maintain partnerships with offline distributors and retail chains across Nordic markets. Manage risks including channel price chaos, parallel imports and unauthorized resale. Drive recruitment of new distributors and retail outlets, and optimize the tiered channel management system.
