What You’ll Do
As Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of store performance including recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team. You will drive sales results and key retail metrics while creating an engaging and interactive in-store experience. The role includes coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer service, managing daily store operations including merchandising, scheduling, and inventory, and ensuring the store reflects Showcase brand standards and energy.
