Job Description
Key Responsibilities Drive turnover to ensure sales targets are met. Oversee daily opening/closing, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards within the store. Manage stock levels, oversee receiving of stock, replenishment of stock on sales floor and managing stock losses Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff; create and foster a productive, positive work environment. Ensure the stores presentation is in line with and according to company visual standards. Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers. Requirements Matric/Grade 12. 2 years retail management experience. Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams and make decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with staff and passionate about dealing with customers and creating a great customer experience. Understanding Budgets, sales metrics and cost management.
