Retail Store Manager

Our client is looking for a Store Manager who oversees daily operations, drives sales performance, manages stock, and leads staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive turnover to ensure sales targets are met.


• Oversee daily opening/closing, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards within the store.


• Manage stock levels, oversee receiving of stock, replenishment of stock on sales floor and managing stock losses


• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff; create and foster a productive, positive work environment.


• Ensure the stores presentation is in line with and according to company visual standards.


• Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding the expectations  of our customers.
