Retail Store Manager - Claremont (Tuine)

My client is looking for a Retail Store Manager from an Automotive Parts / Aftermarket Retail environment, for their store in Pretoria, Gauteng.

This person will manage and oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring operational efficiency, achievement of sales and profitability targets, and delivery of high-quality customer service in line with company standards.
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)


• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Sales and/or Marketing


• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role


• From Automotive Parts / Aftermarket Retail sector


• Computer Literate (MS Office Suite; ERP, SAP)


• Communication skills (both verbal and written)
