JOB DETAILS

Assign weekly roster, manage employee attendance, week offs and leaves
Responsible for visual merchandising of the store

Ensure cleanliness of the store at all times by reinforcing tasks with housekeeping

SOPs need to be strictly followed and enforced with team members

Responsible for inventory management and tracking along with monthly stock checks

Keep track and follow up on customer requirements and special orders

Emails need to be sent and followed up on regularly with warehouse team in Bangalore

Conduct daily follow-ups with customers

Overlook spa operations and manage spa appointments 

Update KPIs regularly and ensure to meet store targets by motivating team members

Team meetings to over targets and strategies need to be conducted every afternoon
