Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures, including briefings, cash reconciliation, and reporting
Plan staff schedules and delegate tasks to ensure smooth store operations
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe retail environment
Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention measures
Support product launches, promotions, and in-store activities
Customer Experience & Sales
Lead by example in delivering excellent, friendly customer service
Advise customers on baking ingredients, tools, and basic recipes
Handle escalated customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Drive sales through active engagement and upselling
Team Leadership & Development
Train and onboard retail staff on SOPs, store processes, and product knowledge
Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales and service targets
