Roles
8+ years of Oracle Retail functional experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail MFCS.
Deep understanding of retail merchandising processes.
Expertise in Item & Foundation, Inventory, Replenishment, Pricing & Costing modules.
Experience with ReSA, ReIM, and Stock Ledger processes.
Strong AMS support experience (L2/L3).
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in incident management, problem management, and RCA.
Ability to work independently in a global support environment.
