Job Description
Retail Trainer POSITION PURPOSE
- Support all Retail Education projects
- Deliver all Retail trainings
- Ensure strong on-boarding of all new joiners
- Strong focus on omni-channel and client experience
- Support creation of training material for key retail animations (Ramadan & Festive)
- Support development of each retail employee’s career & development path
- Strong collaboration with key business partners and strategic implementation and delivery of the different projects
This role will be based at Sephora University, Dubai. The role will require to do store visit (50% of time) and to travel to OGCC countries (Qatar, Kuwait, Oman & Bahrain) – visit UAE flagships on weekly basis and countries on a quarterly basis or if business requires it.
